You can cancel your purchase at no cost if our cancellation is requested before sending it.
If you wish to cancel your order once it has already been executed, you will only be charged for the shipping costs involved, even if the original shipment did not involve a charge for transport costs.
You may return any product within 10 calendar days of the date of receipt if the product is in its original state.
Replace defective products
If a product displays a defect, it is damaged or broken, then you must contact us within 2 days of its receipt for immediate replacement at your own expense.
