VARIETYDebina, collected from hill-side vineyards with grapes of fine acidity. |
VINIFICATIONThe free run juice is gradually extracted from selected grapes. After the first fermentation in tanks, follows the second fermentation in the bottle (traditional method of champagne), where the wine remains with its lees for about 18 months and the pressure in the bottle reaches 6 atmospheres. Before the final bottling, the liquer de dosage (a mixture of sugar, yeast and still sparkling wine) is added which transforms it into a demi-sec type with 32gr/ltr amount of sugar. |
